WORKING CAPITAL

A working capital facility is a loan or other instrument that is taken to finance a company's everyday operations. These facilities are typically not used to buy long-term assets or investments. Working capital facilities are structured as revolving lines that are used to provide the necessary capital to cover a company's short-term operational needs. Those needs can include costs such as payroll or other debt payments. Working capital facilities are borrowings that are used to finance daily operations.

Oilfield Funding, LLC can provide working capital facilities up to $50 million.

SPECIALTY FINANCE

Specialty finance provides funding for a variety of uses. Our specialty finance partners assess your company’s situation by looking at asset valuation and cash flows. They are much flatter organizations than traditional banks with accessible investment committees and the ability to quickly assess potential financing opportunities. Specialty finance borrowers typically have a diversified customer and supplier base, strong market share, a degree of recurring revenue and strong management teams. However, due to performance issues or other factors, they may no longer meet the credit requirements of a traditional bank.

Oilfield Funding, LLC can provide specialty financing in excess of $100 million.

SENIOR SECURED term DEBT

Senior term debt is a loan with a senior status that has a set repayment schedule and a bullet repayment at the end of the term. The term can be for several months or years, and the debt may carry a fixed or variable interest rate. To reduce repayment risk, fixed assets are frequently used as collateral; a first lien on current assets, intangibles or even the borrower’s stock is also used for security. Senior term debt is the primary debt vehicle provided by commercial and corporate banks and nonbank private lenders.

Oilfield Funding, LLC can provide secured term debt in excess of $100 million.

Private Equity

A source of investment capital, private equity derives from high net worth individuals and firms that purchase shares of private companies. Most of the private equity industry is made up of large institutional investors, such as pension funds, and large private equity firms. Our relationships are established primarily with family funds and high net worth individual investors who have a strong background in oil and gas operations and a strategic vision to continue to invest in and add value to energy firms.

Through our partnerships, Oilfield funding, LLC can provide equity capital up to $100 million.
